Annual Compliance

Preparation of annual year-end financial statements You will receive a set of financial accounts that gives important information about how your business operated during the year. A commentary on your results will be supplied to you and we will meet with you to discuss your operations, financing and future strategy.

Preparation and filing of Income Tax returns We will do everything within tax law to minimise your tax expense. We will deal with Inland Revenue on your behalf, file tax returns, receive and check tax assessments. We will send you a reminder notice when payments are due.

Periodic Reporting

Preparation of regular periodic (6-monthly, quarterly, 2-monthly or monthly) financial reports. You will receive a set of financial accounts during the year, which gives important information about how your business is operating during the year. This will give you the chance to make changes during the rest of the year if necessary.

Payroll

Preparation of payroll. Employment law is complex and constantly changing. Employers need to maintain accurate records to ensure employee entitlements are correct. You forward timesheets to us each payday and we calculate your payroll and arrange for payment to be made to your staff. A record of leave and employment entitlements is maintained. At month end PAYE deductions are calculated and payment arranged.

Accounting System Installation. Selecting a quality accounting package such as MYOB, installing it at your premises, instruction in its use.

Business valuation. When you are considering buying or selling your business you need to know that the value you are paying/receiving is appropriate.

Unlimited meetings to discuss operations of your business matters, tax matters, and any other topic at the discretion of you or your employees and/or agents. Unlimited phone support for you and/or your personnel, independent contractors and agents regarding accounting assistance, recording of transactions, etc.

Fixed Price Agreements

The value of a service is established with you in advance and you can select a payment plan, which suits your budget. This way there are no surprises for you.

Because our fixed price agreement provides ongoing access to the accounting, tax, and business advice you need on a fixed-price basis, you are not inhibited from seeking timely advice by the fear of a clock running endlessly.

Our services are designed around fixed prices, as opposed to hourly rates, and offer you access to the accumulated wisdom of the firm through Chartered Accountants with substantial experience who can help enhance your company’s future and achieve its business goals.

While the fixed price entitles your company to unlimited consultation with us, if your question or issue requires additional research and analysis beyond the consultation, that work will be subject to an additional price negotiation before the service is to be performed, and a change order will be issued before delivery of the additional service, with payment terms agreed to in advance.

Our work is guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of the customer. If you are not completely satisfied with the services performed by Wheeler Campbell we will, at your option, either refund the price, or accept a portion of said price that reflects your level of satisfaction.
